Airbnb hosting experience

Hi everyone! (yes, one more survey, I know ahahahah)

I am a student and I'm trying to reach as many people as possible, people who, thanks to the platform Airbnb, have hosted someone, and to know their experience. I'm trying to find out the criteria used by hosts in selecting their guests, and whether public values are threatened in the use of such platform.

We have so many students and others coming on these forums (meant for host discussions) that I wonder if Airbnb can create a separate section for those wanting to do research, so they don't clutter up these host forums.

One tip @Marianna30 if you want people to give their time for free to complete your survey do say more about what it's about and offer a free summary of the findings.
