Airbnb payout issue

I am a Co-host on air bnb, and have a few other properties we manage. My payout method is set up and is correct, and the main host has checked that her payout info is correct. But this message is present on the listing: "You haven’t set up a payout method yet. To get paid for this reservation, you need to add a payout method." 

Help.
