Airbnb telephone number guest cxing 3 day after checkin
My guest booked 11 days 6 JUNE through 17 JUNE. For her personal reasons she had to cancel, after checkin, on 8 JUNE at 9PM. Airbnb only paid me for 2 days. I understand that checkin is after 3PM but 9PM?? I thought with the Guest cancelling I got the next 24 hours as paid. Any answers??? Also, why is there no AirBnb contact number for Hosts with problems??
@Carol-And-Greg0 Under your Flexible cancellation policy you should be paid for June 6 and June 7. The rest of the nights are fully refunded. Did your guest stay on June 8th? What time did the cancellation go through?

She called me at 9PM of the 8th saying that for personel reasons she was going leave. She did not get things out of the room until 9:30PM on the 8th. The Flexable Cancellation Policy states "If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded." She did not get up with Airbnb until this morning at 10:27AM. Either say the Policy says 24 hours after cancellation. So that would be 9:30PM the 9th or 10:27AM the 10th? My room was unable to be rented on the 8th because it was already rented for the 8th but now I am not getting paid for the 8th!
@Carol-And-Greg0 I would advise you to contact Airbnb to discuss this further and to provide them with all the details. My guess is that the refund was issued automatically and was based on the timing of your guests' cancellation. Here's how to get in touch with Airbnb:
