I have created the account and listed a place a week ago and ready to go and up running in Japan.
However, on the preview page, it says the listing is unavailable.
I have contacted Japanese airbnb customer support several times but all they say is to contact technical support and haven't heard anything since then.
How come this is happening and taking them so long to fix this problem?
All dates are unblocked and whatever the reasons, my listing is not available to see, so no one can see it even though I can edit and other things when I'm logged in.
Also, when I created a new listing on this account last night, it was gone this monring. The listing disappeared over night.
I was sure that I have created a new one and it went missing.
I need serious help to solve this issues.

It's true there is no listing, @Gion-Bishamon0. You must contact Airbnb Customer Service - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/
Also, try using another browser, and first of all, clean the cookies and then try to list.

I have contacted airbnb customer service via email and phone calls, but nothing since then.
I have already tried it on different browser after cleaning cookies and history and everything, and it didn't work.
I guess all I can do is just to wait to hear from airbnb customer service.

In case it helps in your communication with Airbnb support you can telll them that there's a problem with your profile in general, not just the listing.
When someone here clicks on your profile photo beside your question, then on "View profile" and then on the "View Airbnb Profile" button they should see your profile information but it shows an "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" error page.
