I cannot for the life of me find any support/ contact info, I knew I posted them questions before "somehow" but now that option seems not existing anymore 😞

I was looking for the host helpline as I could not get my listing changed with them. Now the whole situation turned into a nightmare since I "feeze" my listing which took them 12 HOURS to progress so meanwhile I got a booking. I called them up and figured they would just remove the booking since they were so slow but no, they actually want to charge me a 150$ cancelation fee on a 155$ booking. So this whole thing is just turning into a nightmare!
