I checked iny guest 2 days ago and as I always do
them later thst day or the next day I send a friendly message to make sure everything is going well and up to their expectations.
I haven’t heard back and I’m not feeling at ease about sending another message as I feel that it’s their right to reply at their earliest convenience, but I’m starting to wonder ... is there a way Airbnb could send them some kind of message without involving me? Perhaps a reminder to check their messages or reply times
