We have several rentals that push to a reservation system calendar (Lodgix). Here is the issue: our rental prices will change October through April. Is it possible to set a pricing structure for a certain time frame? This will be much more important when we get into the spring and I have my winter rates posted - but someone books dates in july. I can't set limited availablity - because it pushes that to the lodgix calendar and blocks ALL dates after the availiablity cut off. ( I tried the latter. Set availability for 3 months - and it blocked off all dates after December for all the rentals so anyone landing on our reservation calendar rather than airbnb sees only blocked dates.)
Any ideas?
