Hi,

I have just made my first listing, but live 7 hrs away from my property!

I want to maximise my booking potential but can only get  a cleaner Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any suggestions on how I can manage my calender? I have it on request only but would prefer instant bookings. I'm worried if I have instant bookings, I would not be able to get the house cleaned in time for the next guest.

Any suggestions welcome!!

Being new to Airbnb and of course wanting positive reviews you should probably hold off on instant bookings until you have everything worked out it will be much less stressful for you too.

@Sadhna-and-Pat0    I see that you have not gone live with your listing as yet, so I don't have any information about your listing.   As for the calendar, you could require a minimum week's stay from Sunday to Sunday.  Will limit your appeal, but might be more manageable for you.

I wonder if it would be worth it to you to have a co-host for your listing who is local to the listing. That person would be paid a percentage and also could manage the cleaning of the space.   Just a thought

@Sadhna-and-Pat0 Realistically, you probably need more than one cleaner and you can use the free software from TurnoverBnB.com to manage them
