There is no 'average views' depends on your property, demand in your area etc. Also at the beginning BnB pushes new properties.
What's important is the number of bookings.
When you are new, you will get more views in the stats for two reasons. You get a better initial placement, and you are always available. As you get more blocked, you will show less and less as the new Airbnb search system will only show available listings. This is in order to spread the views and bookings across less popular listings I imagine, as it doesn't tempt you with what you cannot have.
The drawback of that is that you will not get the views from potential guests who are looking in general, planning for a so far not set date.
