Bad Guests

I had a guest take a set of my keys back to New York and then when I demanded they be sent back for my new guest, they left me a bad review saying my place wasn't clean. I have a 5 star rating. I suspect this review was done to counter my review of them (which I hadn't posted yet). Is there any way to report this to Airbnb and have the review removed?

I still haven't received the keys despite them stating they were sent.

Hello  I can't find any bad review in your list. And if you hadn't wrote your review you shouldn't be able to see the guest review. So I can't understand how is that posible.

For the part of removing reviews Airbnb normally ask for details and it's pretty hard that they accept to do so. Also, as far as I know, they can end up removing the review, but not the stars.
