For those of us with larger homes that host larger numbers of guests, I would recommend review the latest ordinances that go into affect soon.  Search for Ordinance 4417 and 4416.  Some BIG fines should the police be called to your property.  I am updating my rules and policies now to comply.  Unfortunately, It's going to make a dent in my income, but definitely not worth the risk.

Did you know that there's always 'Grey areas' on laws?
There's always a right to appeal through various avenues..

Have a scan through discussions here in CC using related keywords.

You may like to also keep an eye under ABB news online to keep abreast with how other locations are addressing these issues.

Thanks Helen.  There is a way to appeal these statutes and I will do some hunting for additional ideas.
