Sometimes we write for a guest that he is better suited for a hotel.
But I think there are two other possibilities - either to write that the guest is more suited for a self-check-in flat or that he is more suited for A PLUS-airbnb flat. And in some cases both can be used for fussy guests! What is your opinion on that matter?
I intend to write such a review for my guests which stayed twice in my flat - yes, not telling anything special about them, but just warning future hosts that unless they are not offering the best in town, they will end up with at least one 4-stars rating for nothing, or for the thing they are most proud off.
