Book thru Airbnb

My guests stayed with us 22-26 May. Then she wanted to stay at mbs hotel after she checked out on 26 May. However, Airbnb told me is against the rules that she didn't book thru Airbnb to book mbs hotel. So Airbnb customer officer told me Airbnb can't accept the extra service payment we have requested from guests. But the issue is Airbnb does not have MBS hotel listing. And I'm sure mbs luxury hotel won't list with Airbnb. So how to book the hotel for the guests thru Airbnb as per instructed by the customer officer?
