Booking then Cancelling Just a few days before arrival

Hi

I'm very new to this so bear with me.  I;ve had 2 bookings in the last 2 weeks and both cancelled just before the deposit would have been taken off of them.  Both times I've had a gut feeling that they were going to do it.  My place is in a brand new devlopment so there are many of them now advertised on Airbnb.  When looking at their profiles they already host but it doesn't say where.  Could this be a coincidence or is it possible that they are booking my place so that I don't receive the bookings.  And is there a way I can find out where they host?

@Anne1441  On an Apple, I can see their listings on their profile using Safari or Chrome. Firefox I can't. Try using an alternative browser. This might help.

I've tried but aren't getting very far with it, it just say's that he's a host but I can't see where, but thanks for replying

Message the person and say that you are so sorry they won't be staying.  That you were looking forward to meeting them!  Ask for the link to their listing so if you have an inquiry that you cannot accommodate you can refer the guest to them.  If they turn out not to be local they will likely tell you that.

I don't understand, @Anne1441, you're 'strict', so are they cancelling within 48 hours? And I don't get the deposit reference either. 

I changed the settings last night to strict, should I change back to moderate?
