Broken Feature on Airbnb App but no Help from Support

Hello,

Hope everyone is well.

I am experiencing a weird situation, the additional cost for extra button person is not working on my account, I am chatting with someone for support but he/she told me to just request for more money from guest and refusing to fix it. So now I have to turn instant booking off because extra guests are staying for free at no extra cost. 

Then I reported this problem again 3 times to support centre and all the tickets are not only unanswered but closed straight away.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this a common thing?

I think you mean the amount of guest can not be choosen in the booking form ?

For which listing ?

Only the second listing in your profile has costs setup for extra guests (and booking form works OK for it !) , the other two listings do no have these costs.
