Business Travel Ready

I have an entire private finished basement floor with bedroom, bathroom, own laundry, and private entrance with keypad.

Do I need to grant access to my kitchen in order for it to be "buisness travel ready" or can I list as such already?

The bedroom meets all the requirements of desk to work at, etc.

According to thr requirements for "business travel ready" the listing must be entire home/apartment (including entire floor), no smoking, no pets living in the listing. Must have wireless internet, laptop friendly work space, self checkin (lockbox, doorman, keypad, smartlock), smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, essentials (toilet paper, clean towels, bed linens, shampoo, an iron, hangers, and hair dryer. 

A kitchen is not mentioned
