CANNOT ENTER AIRBNB APP

Hello,

I just bought a new mobile phone and I cannot enter the AIRBNB app. I delete everything from my last mobile but still cannot manage how to get access in the application. Does anyone had the same problem in the past and solve it in a way?

Have the same problem as others do.  I called it into Aribnb with no resolution they say they know about it and it looks like they have a new update to the app from just yesterday (and the one before that was 8/9/19)...so it looks like they're working on it...it's just they don't know how to fix it.  

Did you happen to change your password before you got the problem?  That's when my problem started and at least a couple of others have the same problem from the reviews on the app on playstore.  Based on that I'm thinking it has something to do with the database that stores our passwords.

Do you have an apple phone?  If you do just do the below through apple's app store...hopefully the pressure helps us all.
I would call airbnb AND definitely  send an email through playstore telling them you're having the issue. (shows up as m.feedback.android@airbnb.com...but still want to use playstore to do it).  Also leave a 1 star review.  I'm thinking the more we let them know about the problem hopefully it'll pressure them to fix it.

Miloud, you need to enter the same details to log in as you used in the previous phone. 

Was it a FaceBook attached log in? Was it logged in using the Google profile? Or, was it used entering the Email ID? This is because FaceBook and Google log ins are password less since they are attached to them.

If your phone has the FaceBook logged in, while you were using it, you need to use the same FaceBook ID to log in. 

Same goes for the google profile. 

If you have used an email ID and password, kindly use that.
