CPA Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good CPA, ideally familiar with taxes in Washington DC, who can provide:

• guidance regarding most tax efficient way to structure income from rental properties (short and long term rentals) and other business activities (e.g. advising on whether to set up an LLC or stick with a sole proprietorship)
• advice on ongoing record keeping requirements 
• filing of annual tax returns.
