Calendar malfunctioning

Is anyone else having calendar malfunctioning and not been able to update ones calendar either via phone or a computer?

 

I've been trying to update mine & it's not working when clicking on availability or pricing - as in won't load those pages.

Very frustrating when trying to keep listing up to date for Guests, I wonder if they to are having problems logging on & booking as it's been very quiet.

 

Have touched base with Customer Services who said there seems to be an issue in the system.

I am having a problem because Airbnb has just allowed someone to make a booking request for a week which is already blocked on my calendar! I have contacted Support to ask what the hell's going, on, I have got a response from someone who really is not the brightest spark...I've had to spell out twice what my issue is. She keeps telling me to "decline the reservation" when it should not have been allowed in the first place! I've asked to escalate this to a supervisor ....and it's all gone dead on me 😞

I think there is a problem with the calendar at the moment. I hope I get some explanation!

@Rachel13  are you still having issues with your calendar malfunctioning?

Mine was Ok for a couple of days & is back to fun & games not updating despite the fact I've updated it regularly.

Serious issues with trying to log on to the Airbnb website in general as it keeps "stalling".

Have tried on a couple of different devices.

Anyone else having these issues?
