I started hosting with Airbnb in February.  At that time, I was able to create a listing where all the dates are blocked off unless I specify them as available.  I created another listing today and cannot find that option anywhere.  The website is constantly upgrading and changing and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows how I can make my calendar "occasional" instead of "constantly available".

@Shauna4 Just took a brief look at your listings.  Looks like you figured out how to block dates you don't want to host.  Do you still need help?

The listing I am trying to find out how to block all dates except for specific ones is currently snoozed.  My entire apartment listing is set up this way.  It wasn't difficult to do back in February, but so many things have changed since then that I cannot even find the option.  My main listing for my guest room is open with specific dates blocked off. 

So I know how to be mostly available with a few days blocked off.  I just cannot find where to be most blocked with a few days available.
