No review email

I seems like a number of guess had this problem a month ago and we are haveing the same.  For some I get the notification minutes after they left and for others a week later still nothing. Had a couple of poeple thoroughly enjoying their stay and never got a review which make me wonder if they are not getting invites to review either. Hope to reach super host by next cutoff but not if poeple are not able to write a review.
