Hi All,
Has anyone noticed that we are no longer to edit any review, even only few minutes after submitting and the guest hasn't given us any review yet?
In the past, I could find it in the 'Reviews by you' section, then edit, but now the review is no longer appeared.
There are only reviews public already, or expired reservation.
I can not find the review that I have written.
And now I'm contacting the Support team, and you know the cliche script that, "unfortunately I'm unable to resolve your case so I'm forwarding you to a team that can better assist you".
Another glitch again?
Any thoughts?
