A group arrived at the property with 8 guests, after stating and paying for only 5 guests. How do I go about claiming for the additonal cost? They also left the house in an awful condition.. how do I go about claiming additonal cleaning/damages costs? Latest reply by Marit-Anne0

a guest has made a reservation but it is not being procesed as he has to verify his id when it is already verified
