I wish to refund my guest the Airbnb fees he is charged for. Airbnb says on their website to go "Your reservations" and click "issue refund" but I am unable to find "issue refund" under My reservations. Any other way I can refund the guest the airbnb fees... Latest reply by Donna15

My 10th hosted trip starts on 9/28 and ends on 10/2. The assessment period is 10/1. Do I or don't I qualify for superhost status - assuming that I meet all the other criteria? I wasn't clear if the 10th trip needs to have ended by 10/1 to be considered... Latest reply by Scott85
