How to refund a guest in full

We have a guest who cancelled very early and wanted to give her a full refund. We have processed a request on the system, but guest says she is still 45 Euro short.

how can we confirm this and is there any way that Airbnb will in fact refund in full?

That is the ABB fee that they keep. Have you read the cancellation policy?

That is nothing to do with you - you have refunded in full - she needs to speak to AirBnB if she wants them to repay the booking fee she paid to them.
