Can't View Guests Profiles on either Mobile or Desktop.

The first time it happened- I figured it was because the guest didn't fill out their profile and was new. Now i have another guest- I am seeing they are verified, and can see hometown and high school- but when i click on the profile- can't seem to view any input or sentences that the guest may have written (for example- my own profile- i wrote stuff in it)...anyone else ahve this issue?

I used to ask people to fill that part out before they book with me and almost everyone says "wow, I didn't think of that" believe it or not. Now, if you're verified with as much as you can - offline ID strictly mandatory - and you answer my questions right away, I'm okay with it.

Some guests, especially the new ones, do not fill out the profile so it is not a system issue it is a guest issue.  I always require sufficient information and respond to booking requests from skimpy profiles to fill it out more completely.

Maybe they have verified accounts but not fill out profile? just remind the guest to complete their verifications and to also fill out ther profile so it ups their chances being accepted to a booking.
