Can’t find my listing

Dear Airbnb

Hi my name is Joe I’ve been a hosting member on your site since 2016. Recently I noticed my listing was unsearchable when I tried to do a keyword search (Punta Cana) or (Stanza Mare) on the airbnb site. . I tried to edit the listing, email and Description, and still no results. I get a message saying “low listing appeal”
My listing can not be edited nor modified. I called customer service and they said that the account has an error. Can you please tell me what the error is ? or if my account is suspended for any reason ? How do I rectify this ? I don’t understand why am having this difficulty.
