Hello, I got notified by Airbnb that my guest cancelled and that the payout was updated to a certain amount, however no money are shown in the future transactions! What should I do?

Same just happened to me!

A community expert approached me however he could not solve the "mystery" and he transfered the case to Airbnb, but I am still waiting for their response!
