Cancellation fee

Hi everyone, 

I'm new to hosting....what is the standard or recommended time frame for a cancellation to take place without charging a fee for it?

e.g. does the guest need to cancel 48hrs before checkin time?

@Michaela8, you need to go to your listing settings and carefully read the cancellation categories ('flexible', 'moderate', strict'). Select and apply the one that works best for you. I receommend either 'moderate' or 'strict').
