My listing allows instant booking. Is there penalty for cancelling a reservation placed through instant booking?
You see, at all times of the year, I prefer instant booking. New Year's Eve in Sydney is a very special occasion, at that time of the year. Many visitors visit Sydney to view the New Year's Eve fireworks! I hope to secure a more attractive reservation - longer stay.
For the last week of the year and first week of the NEW year, I prefer booking enquiries or reservation requests. I believe that cancelling reservations placed during these 2 weeks of the year without (any) penalty is only fair to the host.
Can I decline booking enquires or reservation requests?
