Cancellation - two weeks after stay!

Hello all, I have been eagerly tracking Superhost status for months, and it seemed I'd earned it in October (never got the badge though). When I checked yesterday I saw I'd been docked for a cancellation that I had no knowledge of. When I asked AirBNB for help, they said I had cancelled the booking on 12/26.

 

I looked it up and sure enough the guest had stayed with me on 12/6 and I wrote him a very nice review. However, on 12/28 AirBNB refunded the payment to him (which I missed until just now).

 

I cannot figure this out. Is there any recourse?
