Cancellation

Hi there,

I am new to hosting, I have someone looking to book 4 months from now, I am still getting familiar with the cancellation policy, is there any policy we can offer her that refunds her the full amount that includes the airbnb fees?

Airbnb fees will not be refunded, unless (when applicable) cancellation is within 48 hours of booking, or when there are extenuating circumstances (to be jugded by Airbnb). Please see link for all terms and details.
