Cancelled Reservation

Cancelled Reservation

A cancelled reservation has shown up in my dashboard but I cannot tell who the guest was the was supposedly cancelled.  Is there a way to contact airbnb to resolve this?  I cannot find a way to email to inquire.  It is affecting my upcoming superhost status so I would like to get it resolved.

Can not see you cancelled anything? So no issue.

If you didn't cancel anything then you don;t have to worry - also there is no automoated message saying you cancelled a booking.

Just ignore.  It is an attempted booking that has run out during the verification process.

I wouldn't worry.  I had a booking request come in at 11.48 pm a couple of weeks ago after I had gone to bed.  The next morning I discovered that the request had been cancelled as the guest had found somewhere else.  Airbnb notified me to this effect.  The guest had been in a panic to find somewhere and had probably sent out several requests.
