Cancelling guests if property is unsafe

Hello, I am wondering if my property is having an issue that I regard as needing urgent repair, will Airbnb let me cancel my bookings (all next month) without penalty?I  will be asking support obviously, but anyone else have any experience with this? I currently don't have any quotes or anything. Just an issue that may get worse.

@Adeel8 just call Airbnb, give them evidence and they will cancel for you penalty free. Just don't wait too long, give the guests some time to rebook, don't cancel on them last minute.
