Changing Host

Hi all!

My first time here, please be nice!

My ex setup the listing for my property when we were together so she is the host.  I've been added as  co-host but really need to become the only host of the property as is it's confusing to guests.

Does anyone know how to do this?  I don't want to start a new listing.

Any advice warmly accepted.

Hello @Jamie150. The listing, its reviews, rating and so on are a personal asset, unfortunately. If you want to be the only host, you need to start anew.

Would your ex be willing to give up the account associated with your listing? If she is, she could change the e-mail address to one you own and change the name on the profile to your house name (I’d avoid changing to your name unless you’re going to deactivate your account. Per TOS, you aren’t allowed more than one account)

Unfortunately, there’s no way to transfer a listing from one user to another, so this may be your best bet.
