My name is Josie and I am currently doing a year of service with Americorps (similar to the domestic peace corps). I am placed at a non-profit called Restorative Partners located on California's Central Coast. Our mission is to transform lives impacted by crime through healing services and relationships. We offer programs and services for those in our county jail and juvenile hall as well as those reentering our community in hopes of reducing recidivism and assisting offenders in rebuilding their lives.
We are having a fundraiser in February that will benefit Anna's Home, a recovery home for women with children. We were so excited to find out that Disneyland has donated 4 tickets to our cause to use in our fundraising raffle! We are hoping to provide one lucky family with an unforgettable, all-inclusive trip to Disneyland. I wanted to reach out to this community to see if anyone would be willing & able to donate a stay (preferably within 30 minutes of Disneyland). All donations are tax deductible & will help us to fundraise for a worthy cause.
