Checking In

Howdy! I had someone check in yesterday and normally today the payment will show up in paypal by now and it hasnt gone through yet. Is there something that the guest has to do? something I need to do? this hasnt happened before and I dont want to get hosed. Thank you!

Hi @Sarah14 Airbnb will send you a message approximately 24 hours after check in stating that your payout has been sent.  Did you get this message?  After that, it takes a day or two for your payout to show in the receiving account you've selected.  Respond back if this is not the case.
