Cleaning fee confusion

I have just found out from a review that my guests are charged a £20 cleaning fee. Only thing is I haven’t set one so I’m confused. Could anyone help please? Thank you.

You do not have a cleaning fee. You hale a service fee which is what AirBNB charges the guests for arranging the transaction. I just did an "almost" reservation to review.

Your guest is wrong about the charges.
