Cleaning services?

I'm a Superhost and have had 2 AirBnB units for the last 3 years.  I had a great cleaner for 2.5 years but he got a new job. As such, I'm looking for a new cleaner who's available btwn 11am-3pm. Both units are in NE Portland, in the Cully neighborhood. I currently have 3-8 cleanings per week, depending on the season. Cleaning includes doing laundry. Can anyone recommend a cleaner or a cleaning service?
