Cleaningfee error!

I put a cleaning fee of 15 euro's to my add but apparently Airbnb gives an error and won't accept it. No additional costs are showing. Now I have 2 bookings without the cleaningfee which cost me 30 euro!
How are we going to solve this?

I bilieve this is a community message board. Your message seems to be directed to Airbnb specifically.

As a fellow host I´d recommend not accepting any another reservations until your cleaning fee error is corrected. 
For the 2 reservations you aleady have I´d ask for the 15€ directly to the guests upon check-in. If they are recurring Airbnb guests they will understand as cleaning fee is almost always charged and if they are new guests then they will find out about the cleaning fee.

Something to live with, good idea to check your lisiting before going live.

I did David and put my cleaningfee in. Then after the 2 bookings the cleaningfee was gone and get an error message when I try to fill it out again 😞

People post the contact details on here several times a day, Twitter seems to work well.

There was one guy who posted them as part of evrey post bit he seems to have been banned.
