I've been asked to manage online some properties in another country. I was wandering how this is working in term of taxes?
there will be 3 figures:
Me: Online manager (email and booking) getting 10% and hired by the physical manager 10% (check-in, cleaning) hired by the owner
so the Owner > Physical Manager > Me
I am in UK and they are in Italy. I am going to setup that 10% goes to my account and 90% to the other manager.
Do i need to invoice him? Which country I will pay the taxes for my 10%?
for my understanding how the other manager will pay the owner is none of my business.
