Co host minimum pricing question

I've just added someone as a co-host and their prices are as follows

Services and fees
Share of earnings: 20%
Minimum fee: £50
Cleaning fees: Paid to Ms CoHost

If I have a cleaning fee of £40, how much do each of us get for a one night reservation of £100 + £40 (cleaning)?

The co-host says that she'll get £50 in total (and I'll get £90). Whereas my suspicion is that the co host gets the minimum price £50 AND the cleaning fee, so £90 in total, and I only get £50.

Can anyone help?
Thanks!

@Euan2 I believe you're correct. Does your cohost do anything besides clean, such as coordinate with guests or deal with issues that arise during a stay?  If so, I think that's what the share of earnings and minimum fee is intended for. That's why you would split earnings.
