A couple of years ago I saw that you could find co-hosts, and I've searched in coversations here, but the directions to find the information on the website seem to no longer lead anywhere... Is it still possible to find co-hosts in the locality? I'm not talking about remote services - replying to messages takes no time at all - I mean someone to help with room turnaround and check ins. Is it still possible?
I am in a situation where I want to turn my home into a Airbnb and I need a co host, I want to know how to do this, What to pay and ofcourse what they would be responsible for doing. I think it is still possible but will take the right person to do so.
Hey! Did you ever find a Co-Host? I’ve been pretty successful with mine, and even though I am not in your area I can take over all the host to guest conversations and help guide you with how I’ve been able to be successful if you still need someone.
Airbnb closed down the co-host marketplace where you could easily search for a co-host locally or advertise your services there - it was closed last summer.
In the fluffy announcement at that time they trilled they were working on a replacement, so far nothing, so co-hosting has been left high and dry.
It's a real pity as there seems to be a big demand still for co-hosts, in the forum everyday you can see constant messages that reflect this.
Without the marketplace, it's much more challenging to find a co-host. Maybe there is a local airbnb facebook group in your location, or you can contact local hosts that have multi-listings and might be interested. Most of the ads here in the forum for co-host go unanswered regretfully, few of the right people see the ads.
@Laura649 The Airbnb co-host program was discontinued last year. At this point, you need to find someone outside of the platform, like a friend or family member, or using a professional property manager.
If your city has an Airbnb group, you might be able to find someone that way also.
I eagerly wish to be a co-host. Is there any chance to be a host of your property? Though I am not from your local area I can Present In online always and support you with all the important things as much as I can.

John, that seems like a great idea. A place for hosts to look for co-hosts, as well as co-hosts to post their services. hmmmmm... really GREAT idea.
Keep me posted. Please.
