Co-hosting notifications

Hello, I have two properties listed on my profile. For the first property the owner would like a notifications also coming to him. How ever he is also recieving notifications for the second property. I have made him primary host on the first property. Is there a way I can be specific with the notifications? So he is not inundated with notifications about the other property.

I am co-hosting a couple listings as well as hosting my own property. Also want to know if there is a way to receive notifications on the co-hosting listings only pertaining to reservations, not general correspondence. Hope someone will have a solution. I need to receive texts for my own property but don't want to get inundated with texts about my neighbors' properties.
