Co-hosting tasks

Firstly,  thanks to the posters of the community as the information here has helped me a lot.  I hope to return the favour this time 🙂

My son and I are local pioneer hosts and commenced a professional co-hosting service in BGC and Makati Philippines.  On this,  we’ve developed an initial template for an end to end co-hosting work scope.  I hope to share the tabulation as it may help the other host and co-host relationships.   In the forum,  I’ve seen some posts where not documenting the tasks might have resulted to misunderstandings.  The host and co-host can agree to split the tabulated tasks items between them.

For owner’s wanting to list their property for the first time in Airbnb,  the table hopefully demonstrates that the extent of the hosting tasks is serious work.  Hopefully,  this prompts the host to appreciate the services of a co-host if the host plans to engage one.

Thanks! I'm thinking of becoming a cohost myself and I find this very informative. Only thing that would make it better though is the list of supplies recommendation. It says there's one below the list but there was nothing until I reached the bottom of the page. Please post suggested supplies if you can. I'd appreciate it.
