Commercial Bookings

Hi

I have a booking enquiry made by a staff member for 3 other staffers.  The staff member who made the booking (using her name) has the company logo for her ID and no official ID verified. This has raised a number of issues for me because I require  a personal ID photo and Official ID verification for a booking.

What are the procedures for verifying a business.

I read the terms and conditions some time ago and don't have time to find the exact wording today.  However, under the terms and conditions the person who makes the booking is responsable for damages caused by any person they give access to the accommodation.  How does this work with business.

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice as I would like to accept business bookings.  I will not become business travel ready as I have many many animals inside and out.
