Confused how Superhost star rating criteria works

So this is what I'm confused about:

From Airbnb website:  'Received a 5-star review at least 80% of the time you’ve been reviewed, as long as at least half of the guests who stayed with you left a review'

Does this mean a Superhost must get a 5-star review for just the "overall experience" OR a 5-star review in ALL of the rating categories?

Oh! If that's the case where one rating is 'ALL time' and the other is just over 12months, then Airbnb need to explain this properly! Or at least have a description of what each percentage means and how it was calculated.

So in my stats I have 92 our of 118 'Overall Experience' 5 star rating which is 77.9%  Is this only over the last 12 months?

Just above that in the 'Stats' page it says 5 Star Trips - 76% of your trips.   So would this be the ALL time rating?

Then above that under Average Overall Rating it says 4.7 star rating (how do they calculate this?). And for superhost you need 4.8.........

My rating is 4.9 when you take into consideration the seven categories that guests are asked to rate you on, including Overall. What Airbnb fails to tell you is that the only rating that counts towards your super host status  is the overall rating. Why do they even have our guests fill out the other categories if they don’t count. This is very disappointing and Airbnb needs to update its requirements for Superhost Status that this is the only one that matters. They should also let the guest know that the only one that really matters as far as a score is an overall rating.

I feel like this is a way for them to get around issuing $100 gift to the host!!  Terrible!!
