Guest wanted two nights and I could only offer one night so the acceptance and cancellation took about 10 minutes...the $100 penalty is outrageous and unconscionable. Under California law, it is illegal. The fact that I am unable to directly discuss and appeal this matter to AIRBNB but must go through a community discussion is rediculous. There needs to be better customer service for the hsts who are bringing AIRBNB lots of revenue in commissions!
