De-listed For New Party Policy

Hi Airbnb Host Community,

I'm a super host with multiple listings.  One of my listings that has a large kitchen and outdoor amentities had listing details advertising these features for parties and events.  I received a Airbnb Customer Support Message asking me to make changes to the listing description based on Airbnb's new anti-party policy.  I made the required changes and now cannot get anyone from Airbnb to approve the listing.  The "List" feature suggests I reach out to Airbnb Customer Support.  When I call Customer Suport they say that the Community Customer Support Division doesn't have a phone number and only answers by email.  I've been trying for days to get a hold of anyone from this division to approve and re-list my listing without success.  This is our primary business and we are in the holiday season... Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi @Jeffrey325,

I'm really sorry to hear about that.

I checked on your case internally and the responsible team is currently working on it. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

Thanks,

Liv

Hi Liv,

Thanks for getting back to me.  The Airbnb Customer Support Team is pleasant to deal with, but they keep sending me unhelpful and semi related links to the issue.  The Airbnb Community Support Team who handles this policy issue can't be reached by phone and seems to have one way platform email communication.  This seems to be a listing details issue that could be cleared up in a matter of minutes over a phone call.  Instead we are waiting in limbo for days and losing out on holiday peak revenue.  As a loyal super host, it's a frustrating process that I hope gets resolved in our case and for the greater good of the community.  Is there a more direct means of contacting the Airbnb Community Support Team?

Best,

Jeff

Personally I don't consider "sending unhelpful and semi-related links" to be pleasant to deal with. They are being paid to be helpful, not just to be personable.

Good luck. @Jeffrey325
