Declining guests

The last 4 requests that I had none of them have pictures or reviews even it’s been one or two they are registered in Airbnb. 

As my place is my first residence I am very careful but I also want to rent it. 

I don’t know if this happen very often to you too? What kind of questions should I ask to make sure the person is a good guest?

As pictures are not shown before a reservation is confirmed, you will not see them anyway.

New guests do not have reviews, you can see the month/year of creating the account on the profile.

You can ask such guest to verify their ID with Airbnb and some personal questions. I always ask for example "what is the purpose of your stay ?". It is my experience a new guest with proper answers to my questions can be a good guest. And a serious guest will do the ID verification prompt if been asked.

If somehow i am in doubt about somebody, i do not accept reservation.

I didn’t know about the pictures and good thing to ask for the ID verification.
